​This course deals with the definition of the law of environment, its evolution, its sources, public order and administrative police and the environmental management in Jordan. It also deals with pollution of the environment, its sources, methods of maintenance and the protection of the environment against pollution. This course also examines the rules of responsibility for damages affecting the environment.
